I’ll take it. I have been doing okay with my eating this week with the exception of one day but my exercising wasn’t the best this week. I need to motivate! Stating today I have 3 birthdays to celebrate… my oldest and youngest son and mine. I will do my best to keep the weight in check but I’m not going to hold my breathe.

Brunch today was my 2 egg skillet, 1C hash browns,1/4 c red peppers, 1/4 cheddar cheese, 1/8 C crumbled bacon,2 rices toast.

Two egg avocado open faced sandwich

Most of the fat came from the avocado (21 g) I’m told it’s a good fat whatever that means. Fat is fat isn’t it? Probably should have had only one.

I just realized and so excited that I’m 1/3 into completing my weight goal. One thing I am confused on and wondering if anybody can answer is why under my performance it says I am gaining so many pounds of weight per week.

I also forgot to add since I started this journey I am down 3 inches in my waist, hips and chest and 1 inch in my thighs.YAY!! This is why it is so important to take measurements even more so than worrying about the number on the scale. We can and we will do this together!
