Morning! Was up at 5 am and raring to go! Made our breakfast...Dan had ham and I had bacon...1 egg a piece but I also added in about 1/4 of a cup of cucumber, peeled and chopped with a lil ranch. Went walking from Mill Creek parking lot to Shelby St and back to Mill Creek then walked some ways to rooster front...thought it was gonna rain so I turned around and came home. I am slowly losing this weight....I am now 179.8! and will continue till I get to 170 then I'll set another goal to get down to the 160's.

Morning! I overslept and that is not what I do! I slept till almost 10 am! Lol, it'll be fine huh? Wanted to start posting here everyday so I don't have to write it down.....my weight is staying steady so there is something I am doing wrong. My fasting Blood Sugar today was: One Touch Meter, 90! Relion Prime Meter, 90! Never have I had them be the same.
I have been walking a lot here lately but man my back is killing me....did more than I should have......won't be doing that for a while......Feels like someone broke me in half........will write more later....have an awesome day!
