I haven't lost anything yet but it's okay. I know that I'm off to a pretty good workout start, but still trying to get the hang of eating healthy again. I had two cheat days, when I am only allowed one. Ick. Once I put the two (working out and eating right) I'm going to kill it.

Kind of bummed that I went to the gym and weighed myself there and my scale is 10lbs off. Buuuuuutt, that should be the scale I go off of. So here I jump up my weight again today.
I shouldn't let it bum me out though because I am at least going now. And I'm working hard, I can FEEL it still since January 2nd. I know it's only 3 days but man!
Going to start recording my food. I want to have low(er) carbs and high(er) protein to build muscle and kill fat! I ate a nasty protein bar this morning after my workout, but I could get used to it.
I can't wait till I get back into shape, when this will be easy and habitual.

Just got home from the gym and had an after gym snack. Some chicken and I had peanut butter and crackers...I don't know if that works but I heard you're supposed to get some protein and a couple carbs.
I am SORE as heck!!! Yesterday I did chest and shoulders and whatnot and today we did legs and glutes...oh my gosh. Good thing I had someone motivating me cause I would have given up in a second.
SOON ENOUGH I SHALL BE IN SHAPE! Fun part is I CANT give up because I've committed to this workout, and if I did give up, that would be rude and I'm not a rude human.

I enjoy replacing my Saturday night drinking with going to the gym after work. I come home, shower, maybe have a post workout snack and then go to bed. No more alcohol calories. I'm going to do that every Saturday now, hopefully kill it on Sundays as well. Luckily I've got a coworker that wants to start working out too - until I routinely workout it's nice to have someone next to you to keep up your momentum. Psychologically it makes me realize I can't just quit after a couple minutes like I would by myself.
