OK, I need a little advice. I'm going on a trip to see a friend and I will be there for about five days. It will be my first trip since I started losing weight and I am worried that I will eat way too much of way too many bad things. What does everyone else do when they go on trips out of town to keep up with their diet?

Very tiny drop, may be due to decreased salt at this point.

I'm gonna start measuring my bust, waist and hips.
Today I am 40" 34" 45"
I had measured myself in the beginning but at some point my hubby inadvertently took my measuring tape with him to work and it stayed there for about three weeks, so I stopped measuring myself. I think I need to start again though. My weight has started hovering around 179.
I think I need to add to my caloric intake a little bit and also reduce my salt intake. Hopefully these things will get the number to start bumping down again.
