Luckily I I'm still the same way which doesn't really make a lot of sense. I'm on a new journey and I'm trying to stay more positive. thank you guys for all the support and love. I'm going to start really pushing the gun and really limit my calories I'm also going to start doing a lot of exercise. I set up flyers for a dog-walking business. so excited to start my first job!! 💖

Sorry for my lack of effort. I've been feeling sick mentally and physically. Mostly just down in the dumps. school is going to be all online which sucks so much. I'm a super outgoing person and when I'm not in school I get sad and bored. I already hate summer and with covid break is going to last well past Christmas. Plus it's my first year of high school and I was really looking forward to new connections.
I've been maintaining weight with the occasional ups and downs I've been a little bit upset because I just don't have the hope I will get to 150 in Less than 40 days. I'm always loving my body but the constant pressure from my parents and my goals being crazy it's making me upset. I guess it takes time and I should stop being impatient.
in a couple days I with be more strict and I will lower my Cals. also update on my last post I went 2 days of 800 Cal's but forgot a snack I ate. in reality I'm eating 1800 and after a couple days I'm going to limit to 1500.
Thanks for understanding and please be supportive because that is all I can really take tight now.

Hello, just a check in. I haven't been posting because I haven't been eating the most pretty dishes of food. A lot of my daily consist of frozen food. I am trying to do better than that but it's really all I have right now. I've been feeling a little under the weather mentally so being on my food game is a low priority but with eating "healthy" I've realized that this is actually really easy and I'm so excited that it is. I've been on keto multiple times and that's just such a hard diet to follow. so I know that's like to cut myself down to surround another food today. doing this has got me under 800 calories a day without really even noticing. When my goal is 1800 a day. which is crazy! it was hard at first just because they eat a lot. but feeling my life with other things besides boredom makes me want to eat less. breaking down old habits feels good and I'm starting to to have a lot more energy. I'm excited to see where this goes!!! 😋👍🏻
