It’s apparent that what works does not always continue to work. Especially when you have emotional eating habits (binge eating) that tend to derail all of your best efforts. So frustrating 😞

Although I believe in portion control, and the UPF, it’s just not working for me at this time.

So I’m going to go back to a higher fat, moderate protein, lower carb, grain-free, intermittent lifestyle. I know that “sounds” like a lot... but it’s not. It’s actually quite easy!

I’m grain-free due to being diagnosed with Colitis. Removing grains from my diet was incredibly hard for about the first year... and then the cravings FINALLY subsided! And now I have no desire at all for anything grain or processed related. 🙌🏼

If anything... I now crave healthy fats; which is a good thing! So I’m ready to start this journey -AGAIN!
