Happy hour ended up lasting 4 hours last night. Stuck with my low-carb drink option, had a super burrito minus the tortilla, and later I apparently had a grilled cheese spam-wich; 2 pieces of spam with sargento cheese in the middle. Ohhh man it was soooooo good!
Despite all that and 4 hours of sleep, I woke up lighter today, dropping back down into the 170s. Hopefully after running after work today, I'll be lighter for my flight physical tomorrow on my drill weekend. ooooh ya.
Happy Friday ya'll. It's my Thursday, I'm almost through too :D

4 down, 10 to go. I'm actually running ahead of schedule, but of course as we all know, things tend to slow down after the initial loss. I just need to stay away from those damned cashews. They're addicting!!

Anyone having success with flaxseed meal as a base for snackies? I've been experimenting a little and made a decent low carb "cookie" this past weekend. With sugar substitue and coconut flour it was actually decent.
