I tried following the 16/8 Fast for days and gave up, but learned I would have to quit wine after about 5PM, saving 500 useless calories a day or drink black coffee in the morning, saving 500 calories. or both cutting 1000/day. I got an education.

First day: Today not on diet. Maybe for a week i will count calories.
I consume 4 lbs of sugar a month and 4.3 qts of light cream, just for coffee.
Calculated my regular dose of coffee with sugar and light cream is about 500 calories/day.
If i drink wine it is 600 cal for 1 bottle, 3 8oz glasses of Lemonade is just as bad.
