oil and dairy makes weightloss harder. this is boiled spaghetti and spicy beans curry sauce without a drop of oil....(my personal recipie)

2 eggs and veggies prepared without oil. one medium sized sweet potato boiled. learn to cook without oil. it is benefitial for weight loss. eat whole foods like this which will keep u satisfied longer and have very low calories. full plate is 500 cals!

I find that the best way to enjoy white rice is by adding lots of vegetables of your choice to it. it boost nutritional value of rice and it keeps you fuller longer. RICE CAN ALSO BE A WEIGHT LOSS FOOD.
