I just went for 45 minute walk, with an added 30 minutes at the grocery store. Then I had to lug my groceries home (note to self; go easy when you have to carry everything home). Hahahahahaha - That should count as weight training, right??
**Something about me** I don't know if anybody has noticed that I have to put two of some things, ??, !!, etc, etc. Odd numbers make me nuts = OCD!! Hahahahahaha :O/

I rarely make things that only have 2 or 3 ingredients. Sometimes entering everything can be a in in the butt!! Hahahahahahaha :O/
************Also, what is a healthy way to add some calories to my daily RDI?? I don't really get hungry and I eat enough to stay satisfied most of the time, but I think I need to add some extra healthy calories. Any ideas?? Thank you in advance...... :O)****************

Atkins doesn't really work for me. It messes up my stomach (both ways) believe it or not. Hahahahahaha :O/ I have changed my diet plan to my own. I will be watching my calories, carbs, but trying to find a healthy balance for me that also allows me to lose weight. I feel nervous about it, but my stomach situation was definitely a deciding factor. Blechhhhhhhhhh!!
