I don't get to go to the gym today as I am babysitting for 2 great grand daughters. I've ate my usual breakfast and I have most of my food ready for my next 2 meals. Hot dogs and salad. Roast loin pork roast and devil eggs and sf jello. I also have some cheese ready for a snack if I need it. My jeans are so loose on me that I really need to get some new ones. A size 14, yahoo.

Ok I only lost 1/2 lbs today, but I'm happy about it. It's better than gaining. Today I had those really good cream cheese pancakes. I didn't have any sf syrup so I used regular syrup. WOW that put my carb level twice what it should be for the whole day. I learned a good lesson. I am getting rid of that syrup. I'll have to find a good sf syrup.

I happy about myself. I really did well yesterday. All that food and I stayed with the woe. I didn't gain anything. I did a really good workout today , I have ate supper and I am full. So far I have got plenty of water down. I feel thinner if u can understand that. My clothes are really loose. Several people have told me how good I am looking. From 225 down to 195 isn't all that much but it is a good start. It's just taking me longer than I wanted.

I hate this computer. I already started out eating the wrong stuff. I have made my own portion of food for the day so I can eat plenty without worrying about carbs. That marshmallow treat was a no no. I don't know why I do that to myself.
