so I upped my calories from +-1500 on average a week to 1850 calories (my average for last week) was scared I might pick up but was desperately needing to do something to get through my workouts and have more energy. Happy to say my weight is still the same. Will keep on slowly upping my calories until I find my sweet spot to maintain. Energy levels are getting slightly better but still abit lethargic. Also took a rest day on Saturday that really helped. Will def do it again. I'm really bad at taking rest days, the feelings of guilt always overtake😝

I'm so frustrated 😑 iv been maintaining my weight up until now and do everything I was doing before but I'm feeling so drained and exhausted. Struggling so much with my daily exercise. I think I may have messed up my metabolism abit in my weight loss journey. Eating to little and exercising to much. I'm slowly starting to up my calories from 1400. Hoping that will help me to feel like I have more energy and get my workouts back to where it was. Urg I don't even want to go near the scale at this point. Trying something new for the next week or two then will weigh in and see where I am at

Been so busy! Haven't really focused on my workouts or eating too much. Dammit. Was really aiming to make this a good week. Will weigh in soon though just to check where I am at🙈

Need to do some damage control from the past weekend. I increased my calories last week just to reset. Will lower my calories again this week to surprise my body. Going to go hard on the exercise this week too. Good luck to everyone! Let's crush this week 👌
