Yesterday I cheated a bit to soothe my cravings. Ive decided that for one day of each month, I will allow myself to cheat with one meal and dessert, and I wont let my daily intake go over 2000 calories. I did push myself extra hard on that elliptical today, and made sure to stay below my RDI. I will eat lightly the next few days...

I'm not sure exactly how many calories my meal was yesterday so I just put the highest number I could find, so I went over my 1200 mark yesterday, but I'm not worried. I will definitely keep it very light today. And I will exercise harder today.

I started a low fat diet on January 11, I keep my calories below 1200. In March and September I will go low carb in order to rev up my diet/metabolism, avoid plateaus, and lose a little more weight. I was 285 January 10, and I am now 263. I exercise at least 3 times a week, but most often 5 times a week. I want to be 180 by my birthday. And reach my final goal of 160 by The end of 2010.
