God I ate so so much yesterday! I just woke up so hungry een though I ate a meal the night before. I think it's because I missed breakfast as I had an early morning meeting and it threw me out totally. But today not doing anything apart from watching STRICTLY COME DANCING which I am sooo excited about but just goin to have a light prawn salad. Am really annoyed with myself about yesterday. But oh well can only be better today to make up for it.

so tOday was supposed to be fasting by just having liquids... but got to hungry and had half a torilla with beetroot and lettuce... but apart from that have been ok.
having an ok day.. this girl in the office is annoying me again..she is just getting really really big headed. making me feel really annoyed...
in the office today this woman came down the stairs who is also a recruitment consultant and she was really slim and dressed really really well and looked really smart...just how i want to look. i hate the way i dress. its not smart.. its not fitted and its cheap (as in price) which really shows... If i had a better figure and was thinner i would spend more money on clothes and buy 1 item a month that i know looks good and will always look good instead of always looking for things that can try and make me look good-ish. its one of those never ending cycles. but hopefully it will get beter as i loose weight....
REALLY EALLY WANT TO GO HOME TODAY.. DO NOT FEEL LIKE BEING IN WORK AT ALL...

Oh my goodness! Such a busy day yesterday! And also I came into work and I was STARVING all day for no reason! I was really really bad yesterday eating wise. I had a panni and a macdonalds. So so bad. But today defo defo going to make up for it and yesterday walked way over 1000 steps. Need to enter my food for yesterday but feel ashamed to do it! But never mind. Got to have more control even when I am rushes off my feet!

so weighed myself yesterday just after lunch because we had just bought the scales. but now weighed myself properly in the morning and am down by 2.5lbs! whoop whoop! This week is going to be better eating and better control mixed with defo zumba will mean more weight loss! so come on team kat!!!! lol!
