I've been good on the food front this shift, but now comes the hard part...I'm heading home this afternoon for a week. Really need to stick to the plan. I've asked my wife to pick up my veggies and other requirements so that I can stick to it...the challenge is staying away from the snacks ;-)

Had a bit of a cheat day yesterday...but still only 96% of my RDI, which I set low (2000 vs 2400)
I'm not doing my exercise like I have been in the past though, and that isn't going to fly...I need to get back into the habit of doing my calisthenics in my room at night. It's my only exercise, as I have a pretty sedentary job.
Now we start a new month, December 2014...the season of tempting treats :-(

I'm doing very well on my diet control while I'm at camp, like I thought I would. I'm keeping my intake to 75% of my RDI everyday so far. I'm not having any hunger issues, which tells me that this intake level is quite sustainable. Now to conquer my intake control when I'm at home, and going into the holiday season this could be harder than usual...ugh!

Failed terribly this week at home. Back at work now, so the food control will be easy. I will be taking control of the food in the house while I'm home and prepare my own meals. The family can have what they normally eat, I just need to plan and execute my meals or I will not reach my goals, and I won't be able to maintain them if I don't contain my eating.
New week, move forward!

Having a bad food day...decided to grab some "extra" snacks this morning. Bad idea, inhaled them before checking the impact on RDI...had to delete some healthier choices from my meal plan to stay under my RDI. Didn't sleep well, so had a craving for some sugar as energy...crappy excuse, but it's the one I'm going with today ;-)
Tomorrow is a new day!
