Back to working out yesterday, veeeeery carefully. Still having pain in my left shoulder after my second jab on August 18 :(

Same old, same old, or almost :)
Eating the same stuff - check
No alcohol since November 2020 - check (except a glass of champagne for my birthday, honestly, not missing it much)
Taking my supplements - check (makes me think I am doing something good to age gracefully)
No screen for the little troll - check (beach, reading, drawing, cooking... all that jazz)
Listening to his wishes and desires - check (except for the screen hah)
Being consistent with my skin routine - check (accepting my hyperpigmentation -that's NEW)
Back to the gym - check, finally!
I have been very busy with work, kid, studies, however, my commitment to my happiness hasn't changed. The only "black" point, I am still going through the side effects of the vaccine, one month after my second jab. Very annoying, hopefully, it will go away at some point.

Summer stuff :) Not worried about lbs tho, more looking at the body aspect, and that is close to a nice plate of pudding. Tomorrow will be allowed to get back to the gym so GO GIRL.

I'm still alive :) Haven't posted for a while, missed you!
Happy 41 to me, a quick selfie from the Day. I have been eating lots of unusual stuff this summer like this piece of cake.
Got back to the gym and then stopped again because here we must present a health pass now to access places bringing together more than 50 people. Got vaccinated because kinda forced, terrible side effects after both jabs... Though I'll be able to go to the gym again Tuesday. Will step on the scale then :)
