Good Morning Friends… Mondays are the start of the workweek, which offers a new beginning every week… Every morning when I wake up, I can choose joy and happiness, or negativity and pain... Either way, to feel the freedom that comes from being able to continue to make mistakes and choices - today I choose to feel life and I will embrace it… Also, if you have a dream, you have a goal, you and I both know that it may be outside of your comfort zone, and make you step out of your comfort zone, it may also make you think more deeply about your life and push your personal boundaries to new heights… So, never give up, today may be hard, tomorrow may be worse, but the day after tomorrow will be midweek and that’ll be awesome… Smile, have a coffee or two, and let's enjoy the journey… Cheers

Good Morning, Friends… It’s Saturday, and the start of the weekend… Life brings us as many joyful moments as it does downfalls, and although there are days, we wish there was a manual to follow, it simply wouldn’t be the same without the spontaneity. The journey of life may not become easier as we grow older, but we do seem to understand it better as our perspectives evolve. Whether you’re embarking on a new adventure or you want to explore different paths in your personal life, it’s never too late to change what the future looks like… It's also very important for us all to understand, we are interconnected and we need to help each other, especially when the going gets tough, remember, small steps in the right direction can turn out to be the biggest step of your life… Now smile, have a coffee or two, and let’s enjoy the weekend… Cheers

Good Morning Friends… Happy Friday -- If you’re reading this, you’ve either officially made it to the last day of the workweek, or you’re wishing you have… You can have lots of ambition but if you’re not persistent when the going gets tough then you will never reach your goal, remember, you are always stronger and more resourceful than you give yourself credit for, so cinch up those britches and get through the tough times… Since the week is almost over and the weekend is calling, I’m always happy to meet up with friends for a good time, hands up if you’re ready to do something with your friends… I pray everyone has a blessed Friday, stay safe, smile, have a coffee or two, remember to enjoy the journey… Cheers

Good Morning Friends… It’s Thursday and time to celebrate the small wins… When you think of your BIG goal, sometimes you may start feeling overwhelmed, because big goals don’t get achieved right away, instead, you need to create mini-goals to help excite you along the way, this way you can be more goal-orientated and build a habit of being more effective… Celebrating your small wins will help you stay motivated throughout your journey… We also need to accept that we won’t always make the right decisions, that we’ll screw up royally sometimes – understand that failure is not the opposite of success, but it’s just a part of success… Now go forth and smile, be thankful for the small wins, have a coffee or two, and enjoy the journey… Cheers

Good Morning, Friends… It’s Wednesday and wherever you go, no matter the weather, always bring your own sunshine, and remember if you focus on good thoughts, good things will happen… Motivation is life-changing, your life is changing every day, and what happens today, you wouldn’t have imagined a few months ago, so what will tomorrow bring ?? You might find out tomorrow or at some point in the future... Motivation is also is that burning desire that compels you to take action... It is so deeply intertwined with what you believe to be true and right in life that it moves you from a simple desire to a moment of decision, and for now that decision is to smile, have a coffee or two and enjoy the journey… Cheers
