I didn't know you could enter weight by half amounts so I entered 132 because it was the closest decimal point, but I actually weighed in at 131.6 this morning. I felt good to see 131 again, its been a while. Almost half a pound but some sort of progress!

No change in my weight yet but its only been 1 week. I ate quite well this past week and have not felt deprived at all...which is a good thing.
Measurements are same as last week.

Well, so far I have logged breakfast and lunch and I don't think I have managed to eat enough protein - so for dinner I will sort that out...and wont cross my quota!
Also I'm very pissed off, someone really pushed my buttons today so in the next 10 minutes I'm going for a jog - use the anger I say!
update: A glass of wine tipped me over by 77 calories today. I'm not gonna beat myself up about it. I had a REALLY bad day (and still am) and I didn't gorge on fries and chocolate as I usually would!

So this past weekend I did go over my
1600 calorie
intake (but just on the Saturday), and most of those were beers and cocktails. It was my friends 30th Birthday party. I did not exercise for 3 days so today I will make a point of going.
I am going to make it a point to stay well within my
1600
this week. Weigh in and measurements on Thursday. I'm not expecting any change yet as its only been 1 week.
....and I did a cardio/strength routine with no rest between sets: x 2
30 lunges each leg
50 second wall sit
25 push ups
15 squats
15 supermans
45 second plank
15 dips
after this my heart-rate was up I did bust a little sweat. Tomorrow is jogging day. :)
p.s according to the scale I weighed 134 today - I'm not going to log that in since my weigh in day is Wednesday/Thursday. I'm hoping that is just water retention from the sodium in this weekends little splurge.

Today I managed to make my protein intake 41% and my fat and carbs made up the other half. Not bad. went over my calories intake by 64 calories. This also includes the rum punch I will drink later for my friends birthday!
Learned something: I can still have fun and eat healthily - just by counting my calories! :)
