I just reread my journal entries from when I was doing biggest loser September 2011. I was so motivated. What happened to me!?

My lovely cousin asked me to be in her wedding in June. This is motivation to start my weightloss back up again.
I have a goal to get back down to 155/160lbs. I feel like that's when I felt the best when I went on my last diet. And this time, if I hit a plateau, I'm not going to give up! I know this might take a while to get there, but the sooner I start, the sooner I get there.
I saved all my jeans from that era as motivation to get back there. I dont like only having ONE pair of jeans to fit into, and I don't like buying pairs of jeans when I don't like the size of them. GUESS I GOTTA CHANGE ME!

I just gained a ton of weight. I'm embarrassed. Last nigth decided to go to the gym only ran a mile and left. But at least it was a mile. Hopefully I can slowly get back into shape. I had been working out a decent amoutn too and I still gained. Stupid. Its this desk job.
Now I'm trying to eat healthier.
I just got a new cookbook for christmas for my slow cooker, Make it Fast, Cook it Slow.
Sadly it doesn't have calorie counts on it. I'll figure it out though.

I started working at a desk job, 10 hours a day, alone. All I do is order delivery, and all I do is get fat. I gained just about 40lbs in a year. Help me.

So since my last weigh in... I've lost 4 lbs. I've been back and forth between 158, 159, 162, 159 so on and so forth. It's like it's impossible for me to get lower than 160 and stay there. My goal is 140/145 and I seriously don't feel like I'll ever get there. I don't have a gym membership and I hate running outside (especially in freezing cold temperatures) so I stick to doing wii workouts. The EA active game is SOOOO intense, and my heart is pumping constantly, and then I also do a full body workout. If I want to stick to cardio - I do my zumba workouts. My point is that I'm being active, I'm watching what I eat (not as closely as I used to but my portions are SOOO much smaller) I swear I can't be taking in more than 1200 calories a day! Now that I'm back doing this calorie counting thing again , I really hope I will start shedding lbs, because working out is pointless to me if i'm not burning calories. I want to get down to my weight, stay there, and never have to worry about it again.
