Cardio and Abs.. oh my abs...
*sigh*
Day 2....
The cardio part I hung in there with. I did a muted version of most of the moves and was slightly off beat, but I think I did a pretty good job considering.
The Ab work out. Oh - My - Gosh. I nearly panicked because I was forgetting to breathe and was getting so far behind. Then I remember I had a pause button. LOL! Duh. So, At the beginning of each different exercise I hit the pause button and I went at my own pace. My crunches could barely be called crunches though. Actually, to the naked eye you might not have even been able to see me move. They kicked my butt. I finished it though.
My schedule is going to get a little crazy now. I'm not sure when or where I am going to fit in my daily workouts. I will. Just not sure how. tomorrow my brother flies in from Kansas for a week long visit. My husband and I are both taking a week off from work. The kids are off from school till January 3rd. Its going to get hairy.
I can hang in there for the rest of this program, I'm sure. After the ab workout today I'm positive there is no other direction to go than up. My performance was aweful. LOL. Now to bed!

I want to add to my comments about last night's exercise. The wide squats are very very hard for me to do. I can only squat a few inches. LOL. Its ridiculous.
