Today is a major day of cleaning...I never have time through the week, so it leaves me so much to do on the weekends...ugh
Plus side = burning calories :)

Today, I started yoga - I have had my wii fit for 2 years now and never get it out. I really need to build my core muslces up, especially since having back surgery. Yoga is hard - but I will not let it beat me.

Yesterday at work while I was in the bathroom washing my hands one of my co-workers came in and said, "Nora, you have lost a lot of weight...look at your capri's, they look like a dress on you"
I have been to stingy to by clothes...I just wear my big ones unless they totally fall off my ass..I think what's the point anyways..if do buy a pair of pants they are big again in a few weeks...
So, on my way home I stopped at Cato's - my coworker inspired me to buy a new outfit..LOL
I looked around the store and gathered up size 22 shirts, the last size I bought was a 28 - so I figured that was about the size I am...then I gathered up about 4 pair of jean capris size 22 and again I was at a size 28....with the expection of a pair of white capris I LOVED and the only sizes they had were 20, 24, 26, and 28 - I refuse to buy a size I "use" to wear - so I picked up the 20's and thought what they hell, I'll take them but they probably will never fit..
So, I'm in the dressing room - I decided to put on a shirt that I really like - it was cool- short sleeve but also tied around the neck...well...it was TOO FREAKING BIG...so I moved to the next shirt..too big...then then next one...too big...then I moved on to the jean capris...you guessed it...ALL TOO BIG - I sat there with this pink shirt falling off my shoulders crying...I couldn't believe I had went down so many sizes...I guess my co-worker was right...and to give you a clue how big the capris I wore to work yesterday were..they were size 26!
So, I got up - had to hurry at this point - had to be at the gym for that killer ass workout I posted about last night. I put the white capri's on...and they fit! Size freaking 20...so I put my tank top on and went out into the store and got a size 18-20 top of the one I liked and it fit too! I was so happy and at this point I didn't care how much either piece cost I was buying them!
Now, on Monday - I am wearing my new "dressy" outfit to work - I was going to today but today is "jean" day - who wants to pass that up, right? LOL
Just wanted to share my story...feels better to share it with a few who have been right down this same very road...or heading there themself.

I had a really tough workout this evening - the owner of the gym and one of the fitness trainers did a group session and they worked our asses off...I can't even move enough to get all my calories in!
