For this week most of my food choices includes appropriate amounts of protiens, carbohydrates and fats, with strict restrictions of sweets and other high calorie foods. I get my protien and fats mostly in chicken, pork, fish and peanuts. Carbohydrates comes from mixed vegies that I usually used in salads. I always prepare simple but luscious meal everyday which I can enjoy while Im on a diet. Although food are being restricted, I can always find many ways to be creative on my food intake that will not compromise the nutrients needed by my body to sustain it. Walking in nature is what I like most, its rejuvinating and the serenity of nature makes me more calmer. And most of all I also increase my fluid intakes which is water, and green tea is always after every meal and before bed. There is a lot of food variety but carefully choosing it makes diet more workable.
