Didn't go out exercising today, I'm a indoorperson when it rains like this, but I did some foodprepping for the week instead. Made some sort of cloudbread, of eggs, creamcheese and vegetablefibres, and also larger bread made out of different seeds, eggs and vegetablefibres. Both ketofriendly, no grain, no sugar, glutenfree. Another thing I often do, is to make a large pot of homemade soup, today tomatossoup with springonions and hot chilispices, and but it in the fridge or freezer by portions. Fast food to heat when needing something.
My husband has diabetes type 2, using medication for this, but he wants to be sure that the meds are needed, and he feels this diet keeps his blodsugarlevel as it should be. So we're logging the levels with and without medicine. With and without exercise. Will be an exciting week.

Today started great, sunshine and warm, so took the bicycle and rode it down to the lake. And later went for a long walk. But I got pains in my stomach, have no idea what might cause it, but typical ibs-pains. So I took a long nap, and felt better after. Thunder later on, and the pressure in the air is quite heavy now. Foodwise, a simple day, had fried up some keto-pancakes a couple of days back, so had those both for breakfast and evening. Dinner was cod, vegetables, and "beans'n'cheese" using waxbeans and haricotes.

Great day, no pains or aches, beautiful weather and no plans. So we started the day with a couple of hours bicycling. Went down the old railroadtracks, they made it into a trail for bikeriding, walking or running. I'm not this active everyday, but I try to be much more active than I used to be. I might not have the fastest bike, but then again, I'm not a very big fan of speed, so that'a all right.
I cook most everything from scratch, using vegetables, some nuts and seeds, fish, meat, eggs and som dairy and so on. I stay completely away from grains and sugars in all kinds. I make my own recipes, and using products from my own country, there might be some differences to the food in the database here, but I try to note it down as correct as possible. Dinner today was chickenbreast, garden salad, mashed broccoli and brusselsprouts. Gravy made of broth and spices, thickened with xanthangum.
