Well Im not sure if any one is going to be reading this or not. But I do hope there is.
So I thought I would start of by introducing myself... Im Kerry and Im a student. Ive always felt unhappy about the way I look. But now that I am the size that I am I look back at photos and wonder how I even felt that bad then.
As you might have guessed this is not the first diet but Im hoping that once I get my body in to god health I will find it easier to just find eating well normal.
Ive been on weight watchers and Ive dont the calorie counting. I even paid for all my meals to be ready made for about 3 months. I lost the most then but I found I was still hungry or different because I had to eat different from everyone else. The most I have ever lost is 7lb and every time I diet it just comes back and then adds a bit more.
Anyway, today is day one and im trying to follow this South Beach Diet but I am living with my Great aunt so what ever she cooks I have to eat and the other two meals of the day Im stuck to what she has in the house so we will see how this goes.
