I don't get the weight loss. What I don't understand even more, is that a 1.5kg weight gain has me suicidal, but a 1.5kg loss has me nothing more than 'pleasantly surprised'. I wish I was as happy with such a loss as I was a livid with such a gain.
I am now (at just after 1am) considering cooking up a kangaroo sausage. One of those has less than 2gms of fat, and is approximately 100cals, so it's not such a big deal, considering that I've barely eaten all day.
Being bipolar manic, as well as anorexic (who's been eating less 'ana' and more 'normal' these past few weeks) it's now a question of MAKING A DECISION. I have taught myself recently, the minute I make a decision, I am free.
Sausage or not? What will it mean?
Screw it, sausage it is, and if it really ends up berating me, I'll just rid myself of it.
I wish I didn't have an ED.

I tested myself, and I guess I tested myself a little too hard. Challenging yourself to be a little more 'carefree' with eating is definitely a good thing in my case. But given the nature of the illness, if I'm too carefree, it ends up playing havoc with my mind.
No, oily food (small quantity or not) is NOT going to stop my anorexic thinking. Nor is having breakfast, then lunch (a small amount of pasta - that was oily), and some skinless chicken for dinner...
WHOAH... Hold on. I need to take it 1 step at a time, not try and assume that my illness will disappear the minute I start eating 3 meals a day...
I'll get to where I was yesterday and arrive better mentally, if it's spread over 4 weeks.

A couple too many wines last night. Always leads to dietary chaos. Add to that the fact that I'd been grocery shopping earlier on an empty stomach and bought a few 'just in case' items. What's done is done now. New day, lots of hammering and nailing and renovating to do. I'll have it worked off in no time. Must remember to drink plenty of water.

renovating gets me so toned and fit. After a few days of 16hrs hard labour, I can see muscle tone, and despite being sore, I still have the energy and determination to keep going.
