Today, we worked out for 40 minutes on the eliptical machine. We also did about 20 minutes of weight training including ab exercises. I did however eat more than 1200 calories today, and I also ate after 8:30. Tomorrow will be a brand new day and a brand new chance to try again. Great job Big Laze. Thanks so much for keeping me so motivated. You are the best!!

06/07/2010-I stayed under 1200 calories today. Yay!!! I only ate 1017 calories today. I also did not eat after 8:30 pm, ONLY water!! I did 20 minutes of weight training and 4 different crunch variations for a total of 240 crunches. Go me!! Keep up the good work Big Laze!!

Today was my first day on my 1200 calories or less a day diet. I did not do so well today. However, tommorrow is a new day. I will definitely do better tomorrow. Total calories for today were 1520. I did the Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. Go me. Keep up the great work Big Laze, you truly inspire me!!

I am trying my best right now. My boyfriend told me to think of food as the enemy. I am going to begin trying this method. I think that it will work. Better yet, I'm going to make sure it does. Today I did 35 minutes on the eliptical and 100 crunches. Good luck to us!!!
