The scale gods smiled on me today. The last time I got on the scale I was 175 so I fully expected to be at or over that number today. I was so pleased. It really started my day off right and kept me on track. I am going to get my meals ready for tomorrow. Yea Me :)

Unexpected company this weekend so food was not ideal, but I did exercise everyday. I knew that today would be a lighter then usual workout day so I did cardio on the yoga day. Got in a walk earlier and will do some Abs and floor work tonight. Food is all planned out and packed for tomorrow so I am feeling good about week two!

Day 4 - I will get in all the fitenss parts of the Mypypeline challenge for today, jut not in the order they recommend :) Gotta make it work for me. Strength training is done. Yea! I am getting nervous as the weekend approaches. I can get in the exercise, but will have to really stick to my plan with food. During the week I pack what I need for the day and do not keep change around my desk so I can't run to vending. I am not a late night eater so as long as I am good about dinner I am safe. The weekends have less structure and more temptation. I can do it. Maybe I should walk around the house in my too tight skirt for motivation.

Challenge Day 3. Today was a realization of how I have been wasting my workout time by not working out intensely enough. Sure I could say I went to the gym, but no wonder the scale didn't move. Having the plan and daily goals from the Mypypeline workout has really made me focus on "working out" and not going through the motions on a machine. Intervals were hard this a.m. It is amazing how slow a minute is when you are pushing yourself hard. :)I kept telling myself...a few more calories and you are done with this for the day! I actually went faster then I would have thought I could at the end just to get to my calorie goal a a few seconds faster :)

The Mypypeline workout for today was HARD, but I did it. I had to workout for 600 calories today and my the end I was praying for those last calories to pop in. I still have strength training to get done tonight, but that should not be a problem. I did great with food again today. I am really trying to take this 1 day at a time and not obsess about yesterday or tomorrow.
