It doesn't take much to get me off track. I have been exercising regularly for the past 4 weeks until last week. Slowly I have been missing sessions for one reason or another. I can feel the difference since I have been exercising DAILY, and it feels good. In just that short time I feel physically stronger. I haven't,yet, started the diet portion of my healthing lifestyle. With the holidays coming up, I don't want to begin something that is so easily sabatoged. I only have a week or so to go before the holidays are over. So the healthy eating will begin then along with the DAILY exercise routine continued. I have already stuck with this exercise program longer than anything else I have ever tried. I think it is because P90X changes your routine daily so you aren't stuck doing the same thing everyday.
