Ok so I have been having problems sticking to my diet. I just realised that carbohydrates don't make me full and leave me wanting for more. I already had more success on atkins but I can't put up with the amount of fat they ask you to eat nor the bad breath. So I will just limit my carbohydrate intake to 50 gr within my calorie limit but I will include at least a slice of toast or a fruit like berries. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice? ?? Thanks :-)

Ok, so it took a lot of courage to start but here it goes :)
It's my first day on a healthy weight loss diet. I have been yo-yo dieting from the early age of around 8 (I am now 16 and a couple of months old) I am here to hopefully lose the weight SLOWLY and learn patience instead of relying on quick fixes to shed the pounds to only gain them plus more after I am done. I am hoping to meet other people like me since all of my friends are guys who don't need to lose weigh and are healthy and others are skinny girls going on and on about how "fat" they have become. *Insert le sigh* Well I hope to meet all of the amazing people out on that site so we can all get healthy and fit together.
