Yesterday was a very bad day. I ate fast food because I was out and about moving furniture all day (not a good excuse I know). I ate 60 points worth of food which is DOUBLE what I was allowed that day! I am so ashamed but I will NOT let it stop me. Today is a BRAND NEW DAY (thank goodness!).
Today I skipped breakfast because I was out and about all day (not good either) but I did drink water and had a healthy lunch and did 50 squats! I can do this!

Popcorn!
So I realized that my recording of the popcorn I ate yesterday was wrong. Why does the nutrition facts on a popcorn box have to be complicated?
I'm pretty sure I figured it out now, but unfortunately my mistake in calculating made me realize I actually went over my allotted points for the day! I will not give up and this is not the end for me, just a bump in the road to a better healthier me! Live and learn but never give up on your dreams, and one of my dreams is to be healthy for my future family!

So I realized I forgot to take my measurements yesterday so here they are:
Bust: 49
Waist: 48.5
Hip: 55
Thighs: 31
Calves: 20
Ankles: 11
Upper Arm: 19.5
Lower Arm: 12.5
Neck: 15
Now lets eat better, exercise, drink more water, and see those numbers shrink!

My allotted weight watcher points today were 33 according to the app. I have on my phone. I ate 31 so far and I am going to end the day with 32. Today was a good start. Now I need to exercise more!
Note to self: drink more water!
