Ok Yesterday I did with my guy bench pressing military presses pushups (they killed) and then ran/walked on treadmill for 15 min (ran out of time) then worked all night
ate : Hand full of Wheat Squares and low fat yogart
banana apple Healthy choice panini sandwich hand ful of penuts and protien with just milk and lots of water and coffee.
Today:
So far slept til 2:30 (working night shifts this weekend)
did 30min walk run sprint on treadmill
squats with weights
abs, a series of different arms and shoulders
ate: so far 2pieces of ham with 2 pieces of mozz cheese rolled up together and three olives have packed for work a banana apple some protien powder and not sure on the main meal yet.

Well got to add to todays journal, my guy came over this after noon and we did about a 2mile walk/jog (both are legs were tender) Then we walked my property with is all woods and weeds looking for deer and wildlife.
Hope everyone else is doing good

Ok got up this morning feeling pretty refreshed. And heres my workout today
Started with .50 mile walk with dog
Did 40 jumping jacks, 12 pushups off stair, 8 1/2 way up pull ups off tree limb. Plus several upper body workouts with 20lb weights
Ran 4 sprints up and down driveway (about 75 long)
Did 40 more jumping jacks, 10 pusups off of weights on ground, 30 situps and so on and so on. I also did more of a jog with 2 20lb weights in hand up and down driveway. then jogged .25 mile walked .25mile All in all about 1-1/2 hour workout. I repeated alot of the stuff a couple times til I was tired!!!
I have to say I was pretty proud of myself with the pull ups especially with no one here pushing me but me!!!!
Having a banana and a fresh cranberry protien shake for bkf.
Extremelly excited that were going either today or tomorrow to get a weight bench!!!! I just have to keep pushing as much as I can!!!!!
