So I'm back. I went from 185 to 161, which was below my goal....Then I got put on some new meds and in a month my weight shot back up to over 180 :( I'm seriously sick of this weight. I was the perfect weight again..now I'm fighting the battle of the belly again. Anyway, I'm back...I can't do my wonder diet (Atkins) because of my new job, so I have to find something else...and I MUST get back to the gym again. SOOO, I plan on watching my calories and walking for an hour or so at least 4 times a week. I'll check back in in a few days...

Well, I've decided that I've got too much going on in my life right now to mess with a diet full time. I am still really watching what I eat but if I want some pasta then I'm going to eat it. As long as I don't GAIN weight I'll be happy. Hopefully in 2 weeks when I get moved and settled I'll be able to get back on induction and get this last 8 pounds off. STUPID 8 POUNDS! Anyway, I'll be stopping in to check on all the friends I've made and record my weight loss (or gain) over the next few weeks, but I won't be on as much. Love you all, good luck, and stay strong n skinny.

I'm in a better mood today. I got on the scale and it said 173 still. I've been living off of salads this week. I've also had ice cream (low carb) every night, but it is probably the only way I don't REALLY cheat and gain. I just want to get down to 169 by October 25th. That would make me soooo happy and it is ONLY 4 pounds away! If I can just NOT cheat I'll do it with no problem. THe good thing is I've been working so much that I dont have time for food! Anyway, hope everyone has a good day.
