OMG! So I tweeked my diet a little bit. I have transitioned to the Whole 30. Only Meat, Fish, veggies, and fruit. No Carbs, milk, cheese, and sugar. Well I cheat and put sugar and a little cream in my coffee. But that is it. And the weight has been melting off!!1 And I am Vitamin Deficient and I started taking the Vitamin D that the doctor gave me and that has been helping too. I am so excited..

OMG! Finally the scale is moving in the right direction. I started doing a Meal Replacement Shake twice a day and eating regular dinner. I feel so full. It is called "Lean Body for Her" by Lambrada...
I have only drank it for the last 2 days, and the weight is melting off!!

It is horrible after trying and committing everyday, I have gone back up. Even while dieting, I look a little slimmer, but my weight went up to pounds and I dont know why. It has discouraged me a great deal...

OMG! Finally the scale is going down again. I weigh myself in the mornings after I take a shower. And yesterday I really pushed myself to have only 1 carb intake which was 2 tortillas with my salad for dinner. I am so happy!
