So glad I stopped weighing every day. Once a month does SO much more for my mood. I also stopped stressing, and worrying about losing weight. It will come off...It doesn't have to leave fast, it just has to leave. Logging daily is still crucial. My goal is 3 pounds a month, mission accomplished! Ready to realize my next accomplishment.

Having a really tough time. Feeling super depressed. Like I can't get it straight. Can't get life on track. Weight up. Just want to stay in bed with the covers up over my head. If I'm asleep, I don't have to deal. Don't want to deal.

Down, down, down. Very happy. 155, I'm comin' for ya! I have not being so obsessive about calorie intake. Paying more attention to protein and carbs. Keeping my body confused, never keeping the same caloric intake. It seems to be working. So far, anyway. Going to the gym 3 times a week. Also mixing it up there. Cardio, weights, and yoga. Never get bored. Christmas is not a worry, even if I overeat, it will come off quickly. Of course I will be aware of all I eat, and log it.
