I'm really excited to go see my family this summer. It's been a few years since all my sisters and I have been together. I think this is also really good motivation to lose weight. I know I won't lose 100 lbs by June, I think that would be really pushing it. I am pushing myself to get to close to 200 lbs. If I got under 200 lbs that would be amazing. I like having a set date in mind.

My main form of exercise right now has been walking. I'll walk a good 2 to 4 miles in the evening with my dog. And then come back and walk the little dog for about 30 mins. I found this time of day is best for me because I crave junk food so bad after dinner. This keeps me away from the kitchen, and by the time I get home my craving is usually over.

Slow and steady will get me there. The weight isn't going down as fast as I thought, but a couple lbs a week is better than nothing :)
