Had a doctor's appointment and actually saw the Dr instead of the Nurse Assistant. I like both of them.
Had to tell them that the other personalities are interfering with compliance on med taking and checking the blood glucose.
I am now at 201 lbs - down from 215. So that feels like a win - slow loss.
I don't fit into the 3x now and the 2x are already baggy on me.
I need to get a way to consolidate what I have to do for Diabetes, Hypothyroid, Fibromyalgia and High Cholesterol. I need to make it be in 1 place to track Carbs and Proteins and portions. Whatever I do has to work with all of the challenges. It also has to be in one place to record what is going on.
I got to a thrift store and there was a sold wood w padded seat chair - so I bought it so that I can do seated exercises. I have some saved on the computer and some on DVDs to play.
I had a high fish day - took my body to a chinese buffet and was able to have tilapia, salmon, some bacon wrapped shrimp, some seafood saute and muscles - had stir-fry green beans and onions.
I was out all day so I got very tired - 2 spoons left after the NA meeting.

I may have to adjust my goal weight to 125 or 130. Due to the body's age etc.
I had researched optimal weight based on frame, age, gender etc.

Had some personal things come up - Alter personalities have been jumbled and we are getting to know each other. 12 hidden ones emerged.
Some of the hidden ones can't feel hunger or thirst - very disconnected from the body. So meals not eaten for about a week. 1 meal a day.
Got quite sick.
Got a Priesthood blessing Sunday, and the nausea - from Fibro - eased. That contributed to poor eating.
Had eaten some icecream and some gluten stuff cause it was all we could agree on.
Better communication now, and better cooperation.

dont' see it on the list - and need to prep meals for a few days.
Energy Revitalization sytem - 1 serving with Melaleuca Fiber Wise.
Was up all night upset and trying to find help for the emerged alters.
We have read a bit about the Thyroid Solution diet and plan, so since it will not make the diabetes worse, we will be doing it. Will post more info as we learn it.

Thought I'd recorded something earlier - so 2 meals today. Mornings are hard to get started.
I try to not think of the long-term goal much.
What counts for me is what I do daily. - Like way too low on calories, too few meals today - since I don't want to eat too close to bedtime.
My goal is to try to get lower on carbs, but from where I started - this is good for me.
