Bad eating day...started off with a round of golf, breakfast - eggs, pancakes, sausage...wedding shower which wasn't too bad...wraps and salad...also a delicious tomato tortellini soup, then came the mini cupcakes with cream cheese frosting...not a good thing...had a few of those...than topped that off with dinner at Popeyes...haven't been there in years but every once in a while I feel the need...have to jump back on the wagon tommorow...do much better during the week than on weekends...

going to weigh myself every Friday...try to walk at least 4-5 days a week. Drink more water, eat less garbage. Have a hard time staying away from chocolate and goodies. Need a little more self control. Try to add some WII excercises (yoga) next week. Am going to treat myself on weekends only. Its that self control thing.
Okay, wrote this journal, went to recipes and what is the first thing I click on...desserts..got issues...
