Well Friday I drank too much and Sunday I went skiing and ate bad food. But I've worked it all off and have been eating well this week. This weekend is my friends birthday though. Friday I am going to try and not drink or have 1 glass of wine. Saturday I'm going to try and not drink. I really want to try and be good. I'm trying to get back to my all time low by my birthday, April 18th. I'm going to visit all of my friends in NYC and want to look good. Plus I may run into my ex. So my goal is going to the gym every day and eating less sweets.

Okay I am really happy with my progress the last couple of days. I need to avoid the bad snacking I have been doing. Today I brought in some extra healthy snacks so I can avoid the chocolate. I'm also going to make sure and get in great workouts this week seeing as how this is the last week of my free gym membership.
It's going to be a good week Blue Bugattis!!

So last week was not a good week with the pmsing and me running the office by myself some. I did realize that part of the problem is that my office manager now has dove dark chocolates out for us to eat and I have been munching on them too much. I think I will try and bring more veggies to work to mitigate the problem.
This weekend I did well. I didn't drink and so A.) didn't consume those empty calories and B.) was able to have some really great workouts due to me not being hungover. Yay!
Now I just have to avoid the chocolates. Yikes!
