I am quite disappointed with my weight loss by doing my own diet, I am obviously either eating the wrong things or not getting enough exercise, so I think I shall restart my diet from Sunday and change to weightwatchers, which I did quite well on some time ago.

This is my fifth day, I lost two pounds at the beginning of the week, but have stayed at that up to now. I have done my challenge each day and today I walked for forty five minutes. Getting used to the bike now, but it is quite hard on the derriere. At least the exercise has reduced the pain in my hip, which has to be a good thing.

So this is my first day, I have done my 30 minutes on my exercise bike, the first day of my challenge and I'm determined to keep to this.

My diet wasn't very good today, I had already eaten most of my food for the day when I joined, will try hard tomorrow, but I didn't eat all my calorie intake.
