We have the same weight right now and I'm struggling the same way since I'm juggling between 160-164 CONSTANTLY, it never ends! I just started implementing a cheat day (not meal, a whole day) once every two weeks (Next one is the 28th) which has helped me break the plateau a bit and also justify not pushing past my calories. Whenever I want something unhealthy I think "Oh cool I'll remember to get some of that on my cheat day" or "Only two days till cheat day, I can wait". Maybe try implementing that and see how that works for you? One cheat day every two weeks won't hurt progress but slip ups every other day or so definitely will. It's hard finding ways to break that cycle
