I'm doing good the past couple of days - have eliminated fruit for a bit, just to cut down on carb cravings, and it seems to have worked great! So pretty much eating vegs, fats, and protein right now, but will slowly begin to reintroduce fruit too. Staying away from breads, starches, sugar --- feels good. And the weight is just dropping off! Have to start back on an exercise routine now. Planning on that very soon, Zumba during daytime classes and take my granddaughter to her pool as often as possible starting in a week or two - should help a lot with activity-fitness endurance! Plus my daughter is coming back home to live with me at the house here from her internship at Disney at the end of this week - and that girl makes it her goal to motivate me! She is wonderfully tough on me - and I love her so much for it!
