放心,不會脫軌的,這些菜用蒸的也沒過多調味,有時候不是吃得少就是對的,吃得健康就算吃得多也比過多調味吃得少來得好!說實話,我覺得這次的大餐比前陣子你po的晚餐品質還好👍。
熱量雖然重要,但不是只看熱量,營養成分、烹調方式、鈉含量...也都很重要,整體上這餐不用擔心。然後體脂不用每天量,拉長時間量一次,看長期的變化比較準,因為一天中的水量、進食等因素都會影響到體脂率數字,所以別氣餒,有努力就有收穫!
