Finally, reached first goal of 220 lbs. I am still ambivalent about going any further. Since I am tall 6'2", I can carry some weight and still look thin, but my concern is health not so much looks. I think I might just see how it goes and try to lose a little more. My clothes are already falling off. So I have lost 47 lbs to date and if I go by the health charts I should be under 194lbs which would mean a weight loss of 73 lbs.. we'll see..
