This week I tried many things I'm not allowed to. Almonds for instance. I was snack mad with the almonds yesterday and now I know why- period started this morning-was only expecting it tomorrow.
No surprise to me that I gained a little-that's normal during your period. what is interesting though is how little my ponch had swollen. I am usually super bloated and the measurement is only 0.5 cm up. Will document in more detail on my cycle tracker app.
I will drink some water and buchu tea today. A fast day will do me good given the binge I had caloriewise yesterday. I'm not hungry at all this morning. This is gonna be a painful one. luckily it's only my uturus in pain for now. Warm water bottle and my pain meds is ready.
