Second 'down day' though yesterday, a traveling day, got botched. For the last week I've been eating within calories, mostly, but it was loaded with carbs, and bad carbs to boot. It was worth it though to see dad enjoy himself so thoroughly. Add to the bad carbs the fact that I did next to nothing to utilize the glycogen stores, and here I am at 199.8, up about 4 pounds from a week ago. I believe most of that will disappear by Monday of next week. It's good to be eating at home where I have much better self-control. It's far too easy to eat extravagantly, or like a gourmand when someone else is cooking.
