One of the challenging thing of being a mom is to really keep up with your child/children and have time for yourself. I still continue doing my diet and exercise regime on daily basis but sometimes time is not on my side. I gained a pound again and I’m still trying to be positive. The good thing is my blood pressure is now lower than I used to have. I have a consistent reading of 107/67, 118/74 or 108/72 which is a lot lower than before. I will still push through to lose that excess weight because I believe that nothing is impossible. 😊
