YAY!!! Except...I set my goal for 12 lbs and I thought I set it for 10. SOooo technically I havcen't reached my goal I suppose. BUT, I'm really happy with 10 lbs. NEXT goal, 224 by the time school starts on 08/28. I CAN DO IT!!! After I hit this goal, I'm going to relax a bit. NOt slack off on my food pr anything, but just give myself a break if I don't lose 10 lbs a month. Besides, I'm going to be really busy with school. I have to say, The last time I can even remember weighing 234 was back when I was like 20 or something and I was on Jenny Craig. I thought I was SOOO fat. LOL. I was able to get down to 200 when I was on Jenny Craig. This time, I'm hoping to get below that and STAY THERE.

Wow, Dawn, is all I can say. You did it! 10 pounds in one month at this stage of your journey is incredible - but you are increduble even if you lost zero pounds this month! I know you have a plan, and are disciplined, so I wish you luck. You absolute can make it into the 220's before end of August.
