Fasted easily from my bbq last night at 6pm through to 7pm today with just water and coffee with cream. Felt good, not hungry. Easy to forget to eat when I’m so busy at work. Weirdly disappointed in my 13lb loss for June. Wanted more which is silly but I thought it would’ve possible in my first month. I did however eat some breaded items and toast twice a week so shouldn’t grumble. Also drank a lot more alcohol than normal due to the gorgeous weather. Cutting that out for a few weeks.
Onwards and upwards for July. Still have my toast and pate supper with mum on a Thursday night. Not brave enough to try and make keto bread yet, maybe in a couple of weeks.
