I’ve been on here just reading what everyone else but not really serious about doing anything myself. My family has a strong history of type 2 diabetes so I test my bs occasionally just to see where I’m at. 3 weeks ago I got a reality check when I woke up to a bs of 126. I thought it was a fluke until the next few mornings my bs remained high. No more fooling around for me ! I started Keto 2 weeks ago and I’m happy to report my bs is staying below 100 AND I’ve lost almost 10 pounds!!! 😊❤️
