I woke up this morning well rested and ready to get my day started. I have blackout curtains in my bedroom and no lights on when I go to bed. I've been getting 8 hours of sleep and have been getting my exercise in early in the morning. So far these two lifestyle changes have been GREAT!!! I was sure to prep my meals for today. I AM FOCUSED
